Our Vegan Fudge is made with absolutely no dairy, but is the perfect decadent treat to satisfy your craving. Rochester Fudge - ROFUCO - uses an almond/cashew based milk substitute and a vegan butter to create the creamiest fudge you've ever had.
Rochester Fudge has been happily serving customers at the Rochester and Birmingham Farmer's markets for the last two years. We participate in charitable events, and make our Fudge available to weddings, graduation parties, corporate events, and anywhere you're looking to have a unique addition to your spread.
OUR VEGAN FUDGE
I've been making fudge for over 10 years. I've worked in an office-setting for even longer, bringing fudge in on Fridays - we called it Fudge Friday (super unique). The popularity of Friday grew, and someone suggested replacing some of our ingredients with vegan-friendly versions. It took a few tries, but when we got it right, the popularity and variety of our vegan fudge grew larger than we ever expected! We're happy to be able to offer a treat for those that have dairy allergies or ethical or religious beliefs that require them to avoid dairy.
